The face is one unit. I operate on it as one.
My training as a maxillofacial surgeon gives me something uncommon among those who operate on the nose: command of the entire facial skeleton and not just the tissues that cover it. A nose is never projected in isolation — it works in relation to the chin, the cheeks and the balance of the profile.
That's why every plan starts with a complete study of the face and is designed with you, using 3D simulation, to achieve a result that looks like you — never 'done' — and that respects your identity.

I'm an maxillofacial surgeon, trained through the Spanish residency (MIR) at Hospital Universitari Vall d'Hebron in Barcelona, with subsequent experience at Hospital del Mar, Quirónsalud and Germans Trias i Pujol.
I completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery in Madrid focused on rhinoplasty and facial feminization, and I hold the European Board Fellowship (FEBOMS) and an MSc in Aesthetic Medicine. Today my practice is dedicated to facial surgery in Barcelona.

Can a maxillofacial surgeon operate on the nose?+
Yes. Rhinoplasty is part of the official training programme of Maxillofacial Surgery, alongside chin surgery, blepharoplasty and other facial procedures. It is also one of the fields with the deepest anatomical knowledge of the face.
What is the first consultation like?+
A calm conversation to understand what you'd like to improve, study your face and, where appropriate, show you a 3D simulation. You'll leave with a personalized plan and quote.
Where is the surgery performed?+
The consultation takes place in Barcelona and surgery in an accredited private hospital in the city, with full safety guarantees.

Yes. I offer consultations in Spanish and English and dedicated support for patients travelling to Barcelona, including an initial remote assessment.
